Using this website
You are welcome to read it, share it and quote it. Don’t attempt to break into it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to send us anything unlawful. The ReferPush name and logo belong to us; the rest is ordinary website content.
We try to keep everything here accurate, but this site describes software that is actively being built. Features described may change.
Getting in touch
Leaving your email address places no obligation on you and none on us. If you would rather we forgot you, email admin@referpush.com and we will remove your address.
Pricing starts at $99 per month, month to month, with no minimum term. Whatever you are quoted in writing is what you pay, and there is no annual lock-in at any tier.
If you use the ReferPush application
Your account is yours to look after: keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your login.
The customer information you put into ReferPush remains yours. We hold and process it on your behalf so that we can provide the service, and we do not use it for our own purposes or sell it to anyone. If you close your account, you can ask us to delete it.
You are responsible for having the right to contact the people whose details you enter, and for the accuracy of the reward amounts you promise. We build the consent-capture machinery and keep the records; we cannot vouch for a conversation we were not part of.
Text message program terms
Program name: ReferPush Referral Program.
Program description: ReferPush sends text messages on behalf of the home-services business you are a customer of, inviting you to refer people who may need that business, and letting you know when a reward you have earned is ready. Messages identify the business, not ReferPush.
Who receives messages: only people who have used that business and have ticked a box giving permission, with a dated record of when they did so. We do not buy, rent or use phone numbers from third-party lists. We do not message the person you refer — they have not agreed to anything, so any introduction comes from you or from a phone call by the business.
Message frequency: varies. Typically one referral invitation after a completed job, plus a message if somebody you referred books work. Messages are not on a recurring schedule.
Message and data rates: message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work.

Carriers: supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Rewards
A reward becomes payable only once the referred job is complete and the business has been paid for it. If a job falls through, no reward is due. Rewards are funded by the contractor running the program, not by ReferPush, and the amount is set by them.
Ending things
You can stop using ReferPush whenever you like, and we will not hold you to a notice period. We may suspend an account that is being used to send messages to people who did not agree to receive them — that protects every other business on the platform, and we would rather have that conversation than lose the ability to text on behalf of anybody.
The legal minimum
ReferPush is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
